Q. Who do I contact regarding an insurance claim due to physical damage?
A. Please contact your local branch and have the following information available when you call: name of insurance agency, claim number, name of insurance agent/contact, phone number for insurance agent and the date of the accident.

Q. I received an insurance check for repairs to my vehicle. In order for me to make payment to the body shop and claim my vehicle, Honor Finance must endorse the check. How do I go about getting a signature from Honor Finance?

Q. I received a letter from Honor Finance, but I do not have an account with Honor Finance. What should I do?
A. If the letter begins with “Thank you for your application for credit …”, it indicates a credit application was submitted on your behalf. If you want additional information, please follow the instructions in the letter.

Q. What do I do if I believe my debit/credit card/account number was used fraudulently for a payment?

Q. Who do I contact if I have a question or dispute regarding my information reported to credit agencies?
A. Please mail a written description of the disputed information to the address below. Your letter must (1) identify the specific information disputed, (2) explain the basis for the dispute, and (3) include the name, phone number and social security number listed on your account with Honor Finance.

Q. Where should I mail my payment?
A. You should mail your payment to the address on the remittance portion of your monthly statement. If you do not have the remittance portion of your statement, feel free to mail your payment to the payment processing center at:

Q. May I have my payment automatically deducted from my checking or savings account?
A. Yes. To enroll please create your account by clicking here and follow the steps to create an online account. Have the following information available: name of bank, bank routing number and your bank account number. You may also provide a credit card. If you should need further assistance you can also contact your local branch.

Q. How can I make a payment that posts quickly?

Q. May I change my payment due date?
A. One of our customer service representatives will review your account for eligibility for this service. Please call your local branch and we will be happy to assist you.

Q. When will funds be drafted from my account?
A. Payments made before 5 PM CST will typically post to your account the same day, except for weekends and holidays. However, individual banks may not debit the funds for up to 48 hours. All payments made after 5 PM CST will post the following business day.

Q. Do you accept telephone payments?
A. Yes. You may pay with a confirmed personal checking or savings account, as well as debit/credit cards. Please have your bank account or debit card information available when you call your local branch.

Title

Q. Once I pay off my balance, when will I receive my title?
A. After the payoff has posted to your account and the balance is paid in full, the certificate of title or lien satisfied is sent to the certified party (person or entity who paid off the balance) in accordance with state regulations.

Q. What do I do if I move to a different state and need licenses plates for my car?
A. Advise your local DMV office that you are a new resident of the state and need to register your car. Make sure they know that Honor Finance is the lien holder.

Q. What do I do if my temporary licenses plates from the dealer have expired?
A. Call the dealership where you purchased the car and ask if your paperwork has been processed with the state. The timeline for processing this request varies by state and dealership.
